CLINGER OR JUST A KISSER?

A kiss definitely doesn't declare true love! I'm sure Jesus was often kissed by his disciples–but Judas, one of his disciples, betrayed him with a kiss and so handed him over to the Pharisees, teachers of the law and the Sanhedrin to be crucified. In the book of Ruth, there were two young ladies who were being urged to leave and go back to where they came from. One of them, Orpah, kissed their mother-in-law and left but the other one clung to Naomi and would not let her go. Listen to the precious words she spoke to her mother-in-law.

God is proud to call you his own and is over the top, excited about his future with you! Ruth’s commitment to cling to Naomi was the right choice and because of that choice, her future was blessed! Just as Ruth made the right choice, so I believe you are making the right choice and your future is also blessed because you are a...
