Happy Sunday! Today people will meet all over the world to give God what he so deserves – praise, honor and worship! God does not need our worship; on the contrary, we desperately need the love and empowerment found in that special connection with him! The most beautiful and loving God of all the universe is in love with you today. Isaiah 30:18 says, “Yet the Lord longs to be gracious to you; therefore, he will rise up to show you compassion. For the Lord is a God of justice. Blessed are all who wait for him! 

Think about this:You have the opportunity to bless the heart of the Creator of the universe today through praise and worship! There are secrets to stepping into the powerful presence and majesty of God and praise is one of them! Psalm 22:3 Lets us know that God inhabits the praises of his people! The following Scriptures give you important clues to entering into the very presence of God Almighty.

Ps 100:4 Enter his gates with thanksgiving; go into his courts with praise. Give thanks to him and praise his name.

Ps 145:1-3 We will exalt You, my God the King; I will praise Your name for ever and ever. Every day I will praise You and extol Your name for ever and ever. Great is the LORD and most worthy of praise; His greatness no one can fathom.

Ps 145:8-10  The LORD is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and rich in love.  The LORD is good to all; He has compassion on all He has made.  All you have made will praise You, O LORD; Your saints will extol You.

Psalms 50:23  He who sacrifices thank offerings honors me, and he prepares the way so that I may show him the salvation of God.”

Life-giving power is accessed by those who have a thankful heart! According to these Scriptures, the salvation of God is tapped into when you thank and praise him! Our God is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and rich in love! Exodus 34:6 Wow! Your eternal daddy is indeed worthy of all praise and worship!

I believe Jesus is coming back very soon! There is no time in history that I would rather live than right now! We are soon going to see him face-to-face! In light of that, there is no better day than today and no better time than now to give God what he deserves! Don’t stand on the sidelines –get involved!
