Believing God sets you apart as a child of God and, therefore, royalty. As a believer, you can be assured that God will be there to help you! The Word of God tells us he is always there. God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Ps 46:1

Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have because God has said, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.”  So we say with confidence, “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?” Heb 13:5-6 

Knowing that God was with him, is why David boldly declared, “Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil for you are with me.” Psalm 23:4

God knows that only when we believe him can we step into the blessing he has available for us. Therefore, the full weight of Christianity lies in the balance between believing God or only going through the motions as a “Christian.” Many people who go to church are still trying to be good enough to deserve God. This is the most significant dilemma in the body of Christ! Consider the following Scriptures carefully:

Galatians 3:11  So it is clear that no one can be made right with God by trying to keep the law. For the Scriptures say, “It is through faith that a righteous person has life.” NLT

Romans 4:3-5  For the Scriptures tell us, “Abraham believed God, and God counted him as righteous because of his faith.” When people work, their wages are not a gift, but something they have earned. But people are counted as righteous, not because of their work, but because of their faith in God who forgives sinners. NLT

According to these Scriptures, a person cannot be considered godly (or right with God) if they do not believe.

Psalm 4:3 Know that the LORD has SET APART the godly for himself; the LORD will hear when I call to him.

Because of God’s great desire to bless and empower us, he is most pleased when webelieve him!  "And without faith it is impossible to please God." Heb 11:6  Those who put their full trust in the blood of Jesus as payment for their right standing with God are righteous and set apart in the eyes of God! Those who believe God are those who live loved, forgiven and free! Those who believe God are the ones God can use to carry out heaven’s purposes on earth! Yes – those who believe are God’s secret weapons on earth.

God is pleased when we believe him because believing is the only way we can tap into all the blessings that he has for us! Believing is what causes you to be God-like and is what sets you apart unto Him! Don’t focus on your works; focus on believing! Don’t worry; a life that looks like Jesus is the natural byproduct of right–believing! It is time to live as royalty! Yes – it’s time to live…
