The Bible says that what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. 2Cor 4:8 When our hopes and dreams are based upon what is natural, change can happen at any time, and we are living on shaky ground. 1Cor 1:8-9 He will keep you strong to the end, so that you will be blameless on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.  God, who has called you into fellowship with his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, is faithful.

Philippians 1:4-6 In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.

Hebrews 13:5-6 Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.”  So we say with confidence, "The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?"
