During Jesus life on earth, there was no real persecution until he started doing miracles, and then he became a target for those who would later kill him. The devil doesn't mind your Christianity as long as you aren’t making any real waves! As soon as your Christianity begins to make a powerful impact on society, you become a target! God is getting ready to pour out his Spirit in unprecedented measure. Get yourself ready because when it comes, so will persecution.

Isa 60:2 See, darkness covers the earth, and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the LORD rises upon you, and his glory appears over you.

Ephesians 4:11-13 So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.

Phil 1:29 For it has been granted to you on behalf of Christ not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for him,

As long as we are not making a difference in this world, the enemy is happy that we go to church. But when we start to make a real difference, we become an arch enemy. We must prepare now! When God’s power is released, a wave of God’s glory will bring amazing transformation and people will be forever changed. This is the last hour, and our greatest hour is at hand.

Revelation 11:15 The seventh angel sounded his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, which said: "The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he will reign forever and ever."
