HE'S MAKING A WAY
God allows us to have seasons in our lives when everything seems to be going wrong. He allows these times so that we can step into the most fulfilling and rewarding life of all – the life of trusting him alone! It is easy to trust in ourselves or our abilities as long as everything is going our way, but when things get beyond our abilities, that is when the opportunity is ripe for tapping into the abundant life of God.
1 Peter 1:7-9 These (trials) have come so that your faith–of greater worth than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire –may be proved genuine and may result in praise, glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed. 8 Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy, 9 for you are receiving the goal of your faith, the salvation of your souls.
Philippians 2:13 for it is God who works in you to will and to act according to his good purpose.
Isaiah 58:12 Your people will rebuild the ancient ruins and will raise up the age-old foundations; you will be called Repairer of Broken Walls, Restorer of Streets with Dwellings.
God has this whole thing under control! He is working even now on your behalf! God is going to use you, and great things will happen! The question is not whether God has a great plan for you or not, but rather, will you trust him? Simple, child-like faith is all he is asking for because the rest is in his hands!
