Knowing that we are in the last days and that Jesus Christ will soon come gets me excited and stirs me to be about his business! I love Paul’s admonition to Timothy in the following Scripture. 

2 Timothy 1:5-8 (NIV) I have been reminded of your sincere faith, which first lived in your grandmother Lois and in your mother Eunice and, I am persuaded, now lives in you also.  

6 For this reason, I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of my hands.  

7 For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love and of self-discipline.  

8 So do not be ashamed to testify about our Lord, or ashamed of me his prisoner. But join with me in suffering for the gospel, by the power of God,  

God is doing great things, and we get to be a part of it!! He is moving on every front, and the body of Christ is rising up! There is much to accomplish, but we know that it is not by our might or our power – it is by the Spirit of God! Zechariah 4:6 What God has promised is available to those who will, like a child, believe him! All creation groans as it eagerly anticipates the culmination of God’s amazing plan to be revealed in God’s people! 

Romans 8:19 For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed. 

Oh, let it be you and me! My constant reminder to you is that your input will determine your output! The powerful things of God can never be worked up – they must be soaked up! Focus on the goodness of God and his good opinion of you! Don’t let any religious idea that tries to pull you back into a system of works snare your soul! The most important word in the whole Bible is believe! I hope you are as excited as I am to go higher and deeper and wider in Christ! Today is your opportunity! Now is that favorable moment in time! Come on…
