The immensity of the universe is astounding, but even far more astonishing is the vastness of God’s love. We measure mountains, lakes, and oceans; we measure the stars, galaxies, and even the universe as we know it, but God’s heart towards us is so unfathomably great that it is immeasurable!

Ephesians 3:17-21   And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love,  may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ,  and to know this love that surpasses knowledge--that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.  Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us,  to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever! Amen.

What God wants to do for you is beyond immeasurably beyond all that you could ask or even imagine! Something that has always stirred my heart is the fact that the love of God is the only thing Scripture tells us that we need power to comprehend. I promise you this; God’s love is more crazy and wild than anything you’ve ever been able to fathom! His ability to love those who have hated him and done him wrong is beyond anything we know how to grasp. Look at what Jesus said about the loving-kindness of God.

Luke 6:35 But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be children of the Most High, because he is kind to the ungrateful and wicked.

Even though we have all failed God miserably, God’s love for us causes him to want to bless us even beyond all that we can imagine! Wow! There are no human words that can adequately describe God’s outrageous love! Oh, that we would end our striving to obtain God’s favor and wholly surrender to his precious love? I believe that God’s greatest pain is our unbelief, and his greatest joy is when we surrender all that we are to his unfailing love!

King David was constantly overwhelmed by God’s love and spoke of it in these words, “For as the heavens are high above the earth, so great are His mercy and loving-kindness toward those who reverently and worshipfully fear Him.” Psalm 103:11 AMP 

Ps 143:8 Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love,  for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you, I lift up my soul. NIV

My dearest friend, nothing will empower your future more than trusting in the reality of God’s heart towards you! Today is your day to go high and deeper and wider into God’s precious love for you! May today be the day you surrender more fully than ever before to God’s heart towards you!

Without a doubt, the immensity of the depths of God’s love and care for us is beyond what anybody could fully explore! But, today, I would like to dare you to explore its expanse, going farther than you have ever gone before! When you find yourself deeper and farther into his love than you had ever dreamed possible, a beautiful and euphoric reality will hit you – you will have a face-to-face experience with the glorious truth that you have just begun to know…
