Would you give dry, wilted flowers to the love your life? NO! You would give the very best that you could afford! When we realize how much God loves us, everything inside of us wants to give him our very best! He has given you his very best because he loves you more than anything. Therefore, what you give the first and best part of your day to speaks of what you love and care about the most. God is so wonderful, he deserves our very best!

Mark 12:29-31 (NLT) 29 Jesus replied, “The most important commandment is this: ‘Listen, O Israel! The LORD our God is the one and only LORD. 30 And you must love the LORD your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind, and all your strength.’ 31 The second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ No other commandment is greater than these.”

Remember, we love God because he first loved us! (1Jn 4:19) Our love for him should be a natural response to our reception of his love for us!

Pray with me: Father, in the name of Jesus, I receive your incredible love for me today! Because I feel so loved by you, everything within me longs to love you back! Because I know that I am precious to you, I give you the first and best of my life today! Your love that fills my heart and saturates my being is freely flowing back to you today with all of my heart, mind, soul, and strength! Father, my freshest and best belongs to you! Amen
