TRUE WORSHIP
True worship is so powerful; powerful enough to bring supernatural health to you and yours! Having the blessing of God on what you eat and drink will cause you to have divine health, the prosperity of family and long life. It all comes from worship!
Ex 23:25-26 Worship the LORD your God, and his blessing will be on your food and water. I will take away sickness from among you, and none will miscarry or be barren in your land. I will give you a full life span.
What or who are you worshipping? One of the greatest joys you will ever know this side of heaven is the euphoria of intimacy with God! Is it time to get more focused on the one from whom all blessings flow! True worship is far more than prayer, singing or lifting one's hands to God. True worship is a life that is surrendered to God and his purpose. Apostle Paul explains worship by saying, "Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God—this is your spiritual act of worship.” (Romans 12:1)
Offering my body as a living sacrifice to God is what real worship is! This means that not only my spirit but also my body is surrendered and obedient to the will of God. Apostle Paul said, "Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body. (1Cor 6:19-20)
It is This kind of life that invokes the favor and blessing of God. The blessing of God is not simply money for that would not be true prosperity; the blessing of God brings healing in every area; body, soul and spirit! The following quote from Isaiah 53, in context, let us know that both physical and emotional healing are God's heart for us.
1 Pet 2:24 He personally carried our sins in his body on the cross so that we can be dead to sin and live for what is right. By his wounds, you are healed.
It is God's great desire for you to be blessed and healthy! 3 John 1:2says it like this: "Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.” True prosperity comes when true prosperity is obtained on the inside through a life of worship! True worship causes us to enter into that blessed place of the rest of God, where labor for personal righteousness has ended and full trust in God has found it’s solid anchor!
