MAY YOU BE LIKE DANIEL!
Though Daniel was a Jew and not a Babylonian, he was so honorable and lived with such integrity, the King planned to set him over his whole kingdom. The other Governors and Princes became very jealous and tried to find something wrong with Daniel so as to defame Daniel's character before the King.
Daniel 6:3-5Now Daniel so distinguished himself among the administrators and the satraps by his exceptional qualities that the king planned to set him over the whole kingdom. At this, the administrators and the satraps tried to find grounds for charges against Daniel in his conduct of government affairs, but they were unable to do so. They could find no corruption in him, because he was trustworthy and neither corrupt nor negligent. Finally, these men said, "We will never find any basis for charges against this man Daniel unless it has something to do with the law of his God.”
It is so important that you and I live honorably and with integrity! Daniel truly lived as a man of God and because of it, was raised to the highest place in Babylon, despite those who came against him. May God's word be exalted to the highest place in your mind; may your thoughts become God’s thoughts and may your life declare it! Yes...
