IT HAS BECOME YOU!
Rest… The purpose of the seventh day at the end of the six days of creation was for us to understand what God wants for us. God, all along, has wanted us to live in the freedom of rest. Listen to this stark warning from God.
Hebrews 3:6-14 NLT But Christ, as the Son, is in charge of God’s entire house. And we are God’s house, if we keep our courage and remain confident in our hope in Christ. That is why the Holy Spirit says, “Today when you hear his voice, don’t harden your hearts as Israel did when they rebelled, when they tested me in the wilderness. There your ancestors tested and tried my patience, even though they saw my miracles for forty years. So I was angry with them, and I said, ‘Their hearts always turn away from me. Believing God means that you enter the rest of God. No more shame, condemnation, worry or fear! In John chapter 6, they came to Jesus and asked him, “What must we do to do the works God requires?” Jesus answered, “The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent.” (Jn 6:28–29)
If you truly want to please God, be childlike enough to simply believe! This alone is what pleases God! (Heb 11:6) This is so important and so powerful! I declare over your life today that you are hearing this powerful truth, and …
