STOPPED PRAYING FOR ME!
Talk about a great opportunity… The very power that raised Jesus Christ from the dead is available to you and me through faith! Life-changing, world-shaking power!
Ephesians 1:18-21 (NIV) I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, 19 and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is like the working of his mighty strength, 20 which he exerted in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms, 21 far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every title that can be given, not only in the present age but also in the one to come.
Spider-Man, Batman, Thor, Wonder Woman, the Hulk, none of these have anything in comparison to what’s available to us in Christ; The word of God calls it, “incomparably great power.” You have probably heard the quote, “Much prayer, much power – more prayer, more power.” How true this is! We are the agents of God’s earth who speak with his authority. When we say, “In Jesus name” we are saying to God, “We are coming in place of Jesus.” In other words, when we talk to God, in Jesus name, it is as if Jesus Christ himself is speaking. What power we have in prayer!
Colossians 1:9 So we have not stopped praying for you since we first heard about you. We ask God to give you complete knowledge of his will and to give you spiritual wisdom and understanding. (NLT)
1 Samuel 12:23 As for me, far be it from me that I should sin against the LORD by failing to pray for you. And I will teach you the way that is good and right. (NIV)
Some people really need what God can do through you today! They need your faith to be expressed through prayer… Life-changing, faith-filled prayer! We need to stand in the gap for those who cannot stand for themselves today! May it be said of you….. (Your Name) NEVER…
