Everything that God is going to use greatly is always carefully tested. God tested Abraham with his son, Isaac. God tested the children of Israel in the desert. God tested Hezekiah with the loyalty of his heart. Many times God will allow us to face trials that are difficult and sometimes during those trials things that do not proceed from faith arise. Sometimes it is the trials that allow us to see what is in us that is not bringing about God's best for us! Just know, trials are allowed for a reason, for a season and for our ultimate good! 

Mark 6:46-51  After leaving them, he went up on a mountainside to pray. When evening came, the boat was in the middle of the lake, and he was alone on land. He saw the disciples straining at the oars, because the wind was against them. About the fourth watch of the night he went out to them, walking on the lake. He was about to pass by them, but when they saw him walking on the lake, they thought he was a ghost. They cried out, because they all saw him and were terrified. Immediately he spoke to them and said, "Take courage! It is I. Don't be afraid.” Then he climbed into the boat with them, and the wind died down. They were completely amazed,
Hebrews 13:5-6  Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you." So we say with confidence, "The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?”

You may be in a very difficult test today, but remember, God is with you. If you read my Encouraging Notes often, you know that I hammer the thought of how much God is in love with us! He isn’t going to drop you! You are the love of his life and everything he has ever wanted! There is not a remote possibility that he will re-nig on his love for you!!!

King David said, "Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil.” This place of darkness is not your life, it is only for a season to empower your life to go to the next level! Keep your heart stayed on him...he is going to take you to the other side! Right in the middle of your trial he is with you and is waiting for you to hear his reassuring voice that is saying...

IT IS I, DON'T BE AFRAID!
