THAT IS WHAT IT TAKES!

Matthew 26:34-35 “Truly I tell you,” Jesus answered, “this very night, before the rooster crows, you will disown me three times.” But Peter declared, “Even if I have to die with you, I will never disown you.” And all the other disciples said the same.

How many times have I talked the talk, but when it came to walking the walk, I fell short? It is usually much easier said than done. Only a very close relationship with God that is marked by a knowing you are loved and forgiven can produce the righteous life that the Bible declares we can walk in. Peter was close enough to Jesus to know about God, yet far enough away from Jesus that he was not willing to be associated with Jesus during his time testing.

How close are you to Jesus? Full surrender to Godis what is necessary to stay strong during times of testing. A life that never leaves the internal recognition of God’s presence will display the passion, determination, and miraculous power of heaven! Being effective for God is a by product of being inundated by the revelation of his love!

If you master a lifestyle of receiving God’s love like a little child, the outcomes of your life will manifest heaven’s purposes on earth! Yes, the outcome of your life will be determined by the income of your life! So, here’s thequestion: What are you choosing to put in your eyes and ears – what are you choosing to meditate on? What you meditate on is what you will become. What you allow to dominate your thoughts determines what your life will accomplish! A powerful and effective life sits on the foundation of childlike, simple trust! Living a life that declares the reality of God is not complicated; on the contrary, only a person with a childlike heart of faith will tap you into it!

Are you humble enough to, like a child, let go and trust God? Are you willing to replace your thoughts that don’t line up with the word of God with the ones that do? A life that will produce heaven’s realities is a life that is built upon the precious thoughts of God towards us. If you want to be strong during the times of testing and if you want to be used by God to change this world then, be assured…
