We know that God has called us to live a holy life, but as humans, our ability to obey has failed, to say the least! God, in his amazing love, has provided power for right living that is accessed by grace through faith. This powerful life can never be attained through human effort; it is only achieved through faith in the provision of righteousness granted through Jesus Christ!

Romans 1:5 Through him and for his name's sake, we received grace and apostleship to call people from among all the Gentiles to the obedience that comes from faith.

Obedience does not come from trying hard to be obedient, but rather through a life that is empowered by the Holy Spirit and his love! Many understand this as an ideology but not an actual reality. God is longing for us to not just know about this profound truth but to step into the experience of it!

Galatians 5:16 So I say, live by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the sinful nature.

Romans 8:13-14 For if you live according to the sinful nature, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live, because those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God.

Livingby the Spirit is living by faith in the unseen reality of God. Living by faith is only accessed by those who, like a child, are willing to accept the reality of God in and all around them and also receive his provision of righteousness. Many are too proud to humble themselves enough to receive a righteousness that they have not earned. Many won’t come to God because they deem themselves unworthy. This is why it requires childlike faith! Jesus declared, "Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.” Matthew 18:3

Living by faith in God means that you live loved, forgiven and free! A complete surrender to God’s provision (The death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus) to make you fully perfect in his sight is the beginning of living the life you’ve always wanted! Living inside of the life of God is living a life of love, freedom, confidence and victory at the highest level! This is a life free from shame, condemnation and fear!

Many talk about the realm of the spirit, but few are childlike enough to access its reality. I believe we are fast approaching the fulfillment of the end-time prophecies of the Bible! It is time for us, as the body of Christ, to step into the power made available to us through Jesus Christ. It is so available! If only people knew!
