Merry Christmas Encouraging Notes family! Are you ready for Christmas yet? Yes,it is a busy time! I want you to know that I am thinking of you and praying for you! I hope you are blessed by this Encouraging Note for Christmas Eve.

Twas the night before Christmas when all through the house, not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse. The stockings were hung by the chimney with care, in hopes that St. Nicholas soon…

Ahh! Somebody like me has to stop about right there! I don’t know about you, but these kinds of things bring a sense of uneasiness to my spirit. The beauty of Jesus coming to earth is so precious and holy that is hard for me to accept things that try to compete for center stage with him. When Jesus  is at the center of the festivities, Christmas is such a glorious time! There is nothing more festive than to relish in the beauty and wonder of God granting us his eternal life through Jesus Christ! The whole world is longing for this life! The world is drowning in shame, condemnation, fear, and depression. Jesus Christ came to give us life that is overflowing with heaven’s abundance! John 10:10

Oh, may Jesus truly be the center of your day today! May you continue in this glorious celebration of our great King!

On coming to the house, they saw the child with his mother Mary, and they bowed down and worshiped him. Then they opened their treasures and presented him with gifts of gold and of incense and of myrrh. Mt 1:21

She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus because he will save his people from their sins. Mt2:11

My heart is with you today! I am thinking of you and praying for you! During this Christmas season, may your worship and thanksgiving to God be so beautiful and meaningful that in later days and months, you will speak of this day and this night and say in a new and profound way...
