TIME TO GIVE!
I once heard Mike Murdock say," what you make happen for others, God will make happen for you." I believe this statement is true and backed by the truth of God’s word. There are ramifications for those who choose to live the life of a servant and for those who choose to be givers. The new covenant we have through Jesus Christ is the covenant of love. Jesus said, "A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.” (Jn 13:34)
A life filled with the love of God is the life of giving because the nature of love is giving! John 3:16 says, “God so loved that he gave.” At the center of the word love is the word give. Take a look at this scripture…

Matthew 23:11-12 The greatest among you will be your servant. For whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted.
Jesus is the most loving of all; Therefore, the whole purpose for his life on earth was giving. He literally came to give his life away! He was consequently exalted to the highest place, seated at the right hand of God! The fastest way up is the way down! May you give your life away today! May you be a true servant! What you make happen for others, God will make happen for you! Since giving is at the center of love and we can only give away who we are – we must be those who focus on receiving the love that God has for us. It is time for us to believe God as never before!
