WORTH A CALL
Making a significant difference in this world is not something beyond you! Consider this: Something as seemingly insignificant as a simple phone call or text has the power to change somebody’s life for all eternity! God has called you and me to make a real difference in a real world. It is interesting how it's the little things that bring about the most significant change.
Matthew 5:13-16 "You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled by men. "You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead, they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.
Salt is what makes things taste good, but it is also a preservative and antiseptic. We have been anointed by God to be salt to this world! May you carefully consider how little things can make huge differences! May today be your day to call someone, hug someone, love someone, invite someone, and positively empower someone you know! If not today, then when? If not you, then who? You are God's secret weapon on this earth. God is counting on you to carry out his precious plan of love and to make a formidable impact in someone’s life today! Think about this: Jesus gave his life away as a sacrifice for someone you have the unique opportunity to touch today. You and I were worth the crucifixion of Jesus! Jesus died for the sin of this world, including those of your family, friends, coworkers, neighbors, and the like. Wow!!! Today is your day! It’s time to get busy! Don’t let this day slide!
