The more I study the word of God in light of world events, the more I am convinced that we are in the last days. As I watch the alignment of nations and what is happening in the Middle East with Israel and the Arab world, I know that we are getting close. Also, there is a deep darkness that’s infiltrating the world in preparation for these end times. The prophet Isaiah declared, “For behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and thick darkness the peoples; but the LORD will arise upon you, and his glory will be seen upon you.” Isaiah 60:2 This scripture goes right along with what Apostle Paul wrote. “The law was added so that the trespass might increase. But where sin increased, grace increased all the more,” Romans 5:20 NIV

Apostle Paul also wrote to Timothy and said, “But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. 2 People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, 3 without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, 4 treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God-- 5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with them. 6 They are the kind who worm their way into homes and gain control over weak-willed women, who are loaded down with sins and are swayed by all kinds of evil desires, 7 always learning but never able to acknowledge the truth.

The earth is getting ready to experience what the book of Daniel, the book of Revelation and Jesus clearly spoke of. Jesus said, “Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of many will grow cold.” Matthew 24:12 The word of God is abundantly clear – There is going to be a significant increase in wickedness. But be of good cheer – We are getting ready to witness the most significant move of God this world has ever seen! Our greatest days are not behind us but ahead of us! Those who are God’s children will not leave this earth defeated but instead will leave as magnificent displays of the glory and power of God!

You can be sure; God is not confused, frustrated or scared! He is the King of Kings and Lord of all Lords! What he has declared will indeed come to pass! Wonderful things are ahead for those who believe God! God is searching the earth for those who will believe him and are fully surrendered to him! Are you a believer? Do you trust God? Do you live in worry and fear or do you rest inside of the love of God?

It is time to trust God as never before. Hebrews 11:6 says, “And without faith it is impossible to please God, for those who come to him must believe that he exists, and that he rewards those who diligently seek him.” Mark 9:23 declares, “Everything is possible for him who believes.” We must believe God – now is the season for his glory to be revealed! May you be emboldened to step out like never before! God is ready! The time is now! The place is here! The person is you! Know this, when you believe…
