Kings and presidents almost always have bodyguards and military personnel to protect them. Our president, Donald J. Trump, needs protection at all times. No one enters the White House or a King's palace without an invitation and proper protocol. Just as there is a protocol that must be followed for a natural kingdom, so also there is a protocol for the kingdom of God. 

There is a protocol and unique password that must be used to enter the palace of the King of all Kings and to come to his throne. King David, knowing the importance of protocol and gaining favor, revealed some powerful clues through his writings in the book of Psalms. 

Psalms 100:4-5 Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name. For the LORD is good, and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations.

Ps 118:19-20 Open for me the gates of righteousness; I will enter and Give Thanks to the LORD. THIS IS THE GATE of the LORD through which the righteous may enter.

Wow! Want to enter? This is the time and season of the favor of God! What a day in what an opportunity you have! Praising God and giving Him thanks is the powerful key that unlocks the King's gates. When things are difficult, it is easy to worry and complain. Still, it is during these times that a sacrifice of praise is necessary that will allow the salvation of God to come to you. 

Ps 50:23 He who sacrifices thank offerings honors me, and he prepares the way that I may show him the salvation of God. 

Whenever you hear the word sacrifice, always understand that it denotes that something has to die. It is so critical that we die to our natural tendencies of worry and fear, which lead to complaining. Instead, we must choose the life of faith that results in praise and thanksgiving to God! 

According to the Scriptures, God has taken the time to plan out a wonderful life for you. 

Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.

You will never be able to impress God through works; he is looking for faith! God is looking for you to trust him enough to open up your mouth to thank him and praise him no matter what your circumstances are saying to you. During this Thanksgiving season, the King of all Kings wants to spend some extraordinary time with you! I pray that after reading this, you will remember the secret of getting into his palace! I am praying that this Encouraging Note will stick with you, and from now on, you will apply the protocol and…
