The most intimate thoughts in the heart of God are and always have been you! God, speaking through the prophet Jeremiah says, “I knew you before I formed you in your mother’s womb.”  Jeremiah 1:5 Have you ever considered just how important you are to God? Is the idea that you are everything God has ever wanted a fairytale to you or a reality? Understanding and internalizing the truth of your extreme value to God is the key to a life that experiences heaven’s prosperity right here on earth!  

We have often heard the following Scripture preached with fire and condemnation to those who aren’t doing it good enough. 

Mk 12:30 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.' 

Loving God with that kind of intensity is not something you try to accomplish but a natural response to the revelation of God’s love for you!  1 Jn 4:19 declares, “We love God because he first loved us.” Loving God is a response! The more I recognize and receive his love for me, the more I find myself being overwhelmed by his love! The sense of awe and extreme admiration and love that I feel for him is a response to his precious heart towards me. The blessing of experiencing the love of heaven and the ensuing passion towards God’s is a privilege beyond our wildest dreams! 

1 Jn 4:7  Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love. 

Love is not just a good idea – it is the central plan and purpose of eternity! Everybody loves those who love them, but loving those who hate you is an act of God within you! Those who do not love are those who have not been adequately touched by the revelation of God’s love (1Jn 4:7-8) The Genesis of all humanity was cocooned inside of the love of God! There were no rules needed because love was the supervisor for all life and living. I am convinced that there is nothing the world needs more than an infusion of the precious love of God! As we humbly receive his magnificent love, we are forever changed and find ourselves loving him and others with the same love. 

Do you realize how loved you are? May the central truth of the existence of God and all humanity be revealed to you today! May the powerful and loving hand of God Almighty be upon you as you receive his love and reciprocate that love back towards him today with a resounding passion that involves all of your heart, soul, mind, and strength! Remember, this kind of love is only possible when you receive God’s heart towards you and can testify from the depths of your being…
