A HIGHER LIFE
Over the years, a beer company has declared that their beer is where the high life is found. But is that really so? I used to think that the high-life was found in giving in to my fleshly desires and doing whatever I felt like. Indeed, I used to believe that freedom was being able to do whatever a person felt like. Later on, however, I understood that freedom was having the power to do what I knew was best.
There is a high-life that God wants to release to his children that blows away anything this natural world has to offer. God’s loving ways and his plan for us to tap into his glory through faith are beyond tapping, out and the glory of experiencing His presence is without compare. King David understood this truth. Look at what he said:
Psalms 4:7-8 You have filled my heart with greater joy than when their grain and new wine abound. I will lie down and sleep in peace, for you alone, O LORD, make me dwell in safety.
Psalms 28:7-8 7 The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and I am helped. My heart leaps for joy, and I will give thanks to him in song. The Lord is the strength of his people, a fortress of salvation for his anointed one.
Living your life with your mindset on the beautiful and exciting things God has declared releases a life of joy like no other! The life of faith that God has called us to is intensely wonderful because the premise on which it is structured is filled with love, peace, joy, and prosperity in every dimension! The high-life of God is the life of recognizing the reality that God is all around you and in you and that he is working within you to prosper you in every way imaginable! Choosing to set your mind on his love and perfect plan for your life is the beginning of an adventure of a lifetime! It is the beginning of a life of fulfillment beyond anything this world has to offer!
My dear friend, your Eternal Daddy longs for you to rest inside of the forever settled truth of your right standing with him as provided by the cross and the shed blood of Jesus Christ! Words fail to describe how intensely God loves you and how much he wants to bless you! It is impossible for a person to ever tap into it unless they are willing to believe it! A person who is willing to trust in the reality of God all around them and within them will find that there is a beautiful place to live that can be a forever dwelling place. This place you never have to leave!
Psalms 91:1-2 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
As you live in the secret place of believing, you will find this truth. There is no place where you can find...
