Please meditate on this thought for a moment: Every person you will meet today is precious to God!

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Romans 3:23-24  For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.

God deeply cares about every single person you will meet today! Do you know that you can make a significant difference in their life today? Making a real impact in this world is not something beyond you! Consider this; something as simple as a phone call or text has the power to change somebody’s life for all eternity! Many times it is the little things that bring about the most significant change.

Matthew 5:13-16 You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trampled by men. “You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead, they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.

Salt not only makes things taste good, but it is a preservative and antiseptic. We should be those who make life tasty – more enjoyable! We should be those who cause the life of God and his love to be preserved among men. God has anointed us to not only bring healing to the hearts and minds of men but also to their physical bodies.

Many times we, as the body of Christ, can underestimate the power of a simple phone call or text to someone who is in need. Similarly, a hug or a gesture of love to someone who’s hurting can make all the difference!

There’s no time to waste – God wants to use you today! If not today, then when? If not you, then who? You are God’s secret weapon to bring love, healing, and hope to this world. Yes, God is counting on you to carry out his precious plan of love by making an impact in someone’s life today!

You and I were worth the sacrifice of Jesus! Jesus died for the sin of the whole world; this includes your family, friends, coworkers, neighbors, and the like. Wow! Today is your day! Think about this; Jesus gave his life away as a sacrifice for someone you have the unique opportunity to touch today. How exciting – you can be directly involved with someone precious to God today!
