His Way Is Perfect
As you know, Sometimes life throws curve-balls at us, and our faith comes under fire. During those times of resistance, we must believe God, trust in his love, and know that he has a perfect plan for our life! Though very few of us like trials, God allows them to increase our faith.
Do you know that nothing in life grows without resistance? Everything in life grows through resistance, from plants to relationships, businesses to the cosmos, etc. Similarly, trials are the resistance God uses to bring about spiritual growth. God knows the perfect amount of resistance to cause you to increase the most. Great champions have trainers that take them through rigorous training. Why? Because without it, the growth necessary to become a champion would be impossible.
Do you trust your eternal trainer, God? Do you believe that he knows what kind of training is best for you?
Ps 18:30 As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the LORD is flawless. He is a shield for all who take refuge in him.
Romans 8:28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
God is watching very closely over our lives and is causing all we go through to work out for our ultimate benefit. Just as the force of wind resistance causes an airplane to fly and the resistance of weights causes muscles to grow, so the resistance of trials and tribulation causes a person to grow in the life and power of God! When you face difficult things, don’t despise them because God has allowed them as opportunities to produce significant increase in your life!
1 Peter 1:7-9 These have come so that your faith–of greater worth than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire –may be proved genuine and may result in praise, glory, and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed. 8 Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy, 9 for you are receiving the goal of your faith, the salvation of your souls.
What God has begun in your life, he is able to finish! He didn’t bring you out this far only to take you back again; she has brought you this far to take you into your promised land!
Philippians 1:6 Being confident of this that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.
Philippians 2:13 For it is God who works in you to will and to act according to his good purpose.
God is more concerned about you and your future than you are! Because of his unfathomable love for you, you can be sure that he is working all things for your good!
Romans 8:28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
What has God revealed to you regarding your job, marriage, children, health, finances, etc.? Are you willing to trust him to make it come to pass?
You might be thinking, so if he is working everything out for my good, what am I supposed to be doing – what is my responsibility? The answer to that question is wrapped up in the word believe! Only those who are willing to trust God are those who will tap into the grand plan of God for their lives. The secret to this equation is this; when God speaks, believe him and act upon what he has said! Don’t just hear what he says – do what he says!
