Before the Creation of the Universe

The value God has placed on you and me is overwhelming! The Bible declares that you were knitted together in your mother’s womb by God himself. Wow! Not only that, 2000 years ago, Jesus was crucified on a cruel cross to pay the debt of our sin so that we could be reconciled to God (become intimate with him once again). Wow! The Bible asserts that all of this happened in the spiritual realm before the world was created! The ramification of this truth is unbelievably wonderful! There is no way to fully comprehend how valuable we are to God! Wow! 

Psalms 139:13-16  For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place. When I was woven together in the depths of the earth, your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be

Rev 13:8 All inhabitants of the earth will worship the beast--all whose names have not been written in the Lamb’s book of life, the Lamb who was slain from the creation of the world.

Jesus, the Lamb of God, was slain from the creation of the world! Think about this – If you were in the heart of God even before the creation, do you think that he is still thinking about you now? The answer to that question is an emphatic YES! God is crazy in love with you and will never leave you or forsake you! He is always watching over you, not missing anything, even for one second.

Hebrews 13:5-6 Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.” 6 So we say with confidence, “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?”

Consider this; if your loving, eternal, heavenly Father was all about you before the universe was ever created, you can be assured that he is all about you now. Nothing can separate you from his love or constant watchful care over you! Do you understand? You are everything to God! You are everything he has ever wanted – his dream come true! Oh, that we, without reservation, would humble ourselves to fully accept this precious reality!

I am praying for you today. I pray that you will never, ever forget that you are and have always been at the center of God’s heart – yes – even…
