Living completely enveloped, dunked, and soaked in the love of God is to be your reality! King David experienced this kind relationship with God. This is the kind of relationship you and I can have each and every day. Even though King David had some grievous failures, his trust in the love of God and his repentant heart caused the goodness of God to chase him.
King David was overwhelmed with the love of God and consequently holds a very important place in God’s eternal purposes. I believe early on, King David learned to dive into the ocean of God’s love. It wasn’t just about swimming in the ocean of God’s love – it was about abiding in that place!
Psalms 63:3-8 Because your love is better than life, my lips will glorify you. I will praise you as long as I live, and in your name I will lift up my hands. My soul will be satisfied as with the richest of foods; with singing lips my mouth will praise you. On my bed I remember you; I think of you through the watches of the night.
