WONDER-FULL

In light of all that God has done for us, an exuberant declaration that God is wonderful is in order! Our God is amazing; he is full of wonder and truly wonder-full!

Psalm 17:7, 8 Show thewonder of your great love, you who save by your right hand those who take refuge in you from their foes. Keep me as the apple of your eye; hide me in the shadow of your wings

Luke 6:35 But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High becausehe is kind to the ungrateful and wicked. 

Psalms 111:2-4 Great are the works of the Lord; they are pondered by all who delight in them.  3 Glorious and majestic are his deeds, and his righteousness endures forever. 4 He has caused hiswondersto be remembered; the Lord is gracious and compassionate.

Isaiah 9:6 For to us, a child is born, to us, a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called  Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,  Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

May we, this Christmas season, ascribe to God what he deserves! May our worship be not with words only, but with a life entirely surrendered to him! Our words fail to describe the fullness of the beauty and wonder of God, but during this Christmas season, may we, with both our words and our lives, honor, praise and worship our God who is truly…
