THE AMAZING LIFE OF ALL
Christianity, in its simplest and purest form, propels us into a passionate life that is all out for God! When God and his purposes are your motivation for living, ALL becomes your natural way of living. One day a teacher of the law asked Jesus which of the commandments was the most important; here’s what Jesus said:
“The most important one,” answered Jesus, “is this: ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.” Mk 12:29-31
The most central premise of our knowledge of who God is can be summed up in the word love! Interestingly, God loved the world so much that he was willing to give his life for it. John 3:16 The Bible declares that God is love. 1 John 4:7 God is love, and everything he does is based upon love! When you are in love, you act passionately and are willing to sacrifice! The prophet Jeremiah said, “You will seek me and you will find me when you seek me with All your heart.” Jer 29:13
The more a person receives the love of God, the more intensely they love God and others. Since God’s nature is consumed by love, he wants us also to live a life consumed by love!
1 John 4:7 Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God.
It is so important to keep in mind that love comes from God! Our ability to love comes from knowing that we are loved! 1 John 4:19 says, “We love because he first loved us.” No one can genuinely operate in love until they have first received love from God! The passionate life of ALL is not something we can work up but rather an inspiration that wells up within us as we receive the incredible love that God has for us! I love the words of the prophet Hosea regarding this subject.
Hos 6:3 Let us acknowledge the Lord, Let us press on to acknowledge Him. As surely as the sun rises, he will appear; he will come to us like the winter rains, like the spring rains that water the earth.”
The glory of the final move of God is at the door! Very soon there will be an explosion of the revelation of the love of God and unity amongst believers! Open up your heart and get ready because now is the time to receive the rain of God's love for us! Now is the time to step into the passion that the love of God has to offer! Very soon you will see people living the crazy, amazing life of ALL with an intensity never seen on planet earth before. I am so excited about where we are headed!
