YOU HEARD IT RIGHT!

Sometimes people get confused, wondering if they are hearing God right. One of the best ways you can know if you're hearing right is to make sure that what you’re hearing lines up with the word of God. Not only do we want to see it in the word of God, but we want to make sure that we put into practice whatever God is saying. It is amazing what happens to a person's life when they begin to step out and do the things God has spoken to them through his word!  

Surely you heard of him and were taught in him in accordance with the truth that is in Jesus. You were taught, To your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness. Eph 4:21-24 

One of the most life-changing truths you will ever encounter is that God has made you completely right with him through the blood of Jesus! To experience the benefits of the blood of Jesus, you must have a childlike heart. Like a child, you must receive and believe the most wondrous and glorious standing you have with God! Yes! By the blood of Jesus, you are perfect in God’s sight! Consider this Scripture: 

For by one sacrifice he has made perfect forever those who are being made holy. Heb 10:14-15 

God says that you're perfect! So, if you surrender to the truth of who God says you are, you will see the miracle of your life beginning to match up with what you have surrendered to and believe. Apostle Paul declared, God made him who had no sin to be sin for us so that in him we might become the righteousness of God. 2 Cor 5:21 

God has made it possible for you to live completely free from guilt and shame! Simple, childlike faith is what taps you into the abundant life he has offered through Jesus! You have been given the gift of today! You can make the most of today by resting in all that God has done for you! By faith, resting in the finished work of the cross is the most pleasing thing you could ever do for God!  

Oh, yes! Today is your day, and now is the time. Be bold! Step out upon the promises of God! Keep doing what you’ve heard because…
