There are precious few things in this life that you can count on – things that are “for sure.” Everything visible is on shaky ground and can change at any moment. This is why it is so important to hold tightly to God and loosely to the things of this world. It’s best not to put your hope in people, places, or things; all of these are subject to change. How reassuring it is that we have a mighty God who loves us and whose plans for us are “for sure.” If God has said it, you can take it to the bank because he will fulfill what he has promised! 

Ps 33:11 But the plans of the LORD stand firm forever; the purposes of his heart through all generations.

Deuteronomy 31:6 So be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid, and do not panic before them. For the LORD, your God will personally go ahead of you. He will neither fail you nor abandon you.”

God is forever faithful and will carry to fruition what he has said! Know also, God has plans for you and is presently working on your behalf! Put your shoulders back and lift up your head; your best is yet to come! All the things that the enemy has devised against you to destroy you, God has preplanned to turn around for your good! Apostle Paul wrote, “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.” (Romans 8:28) It is important to understand that God has given us keys to access the great things he has planned for us. One of those keys is to set your mind on things above! 

Col 3:1-2 Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God. 2 Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.

The determining factor for your success is your mind. We must believe God! Though God cares deeply about all the suffering here on earth, his power cannot be accessed simply because there is a need, only faith can move his hand of power! This earth is under the authority of man, and God can do nothing until man unlocks God’s purposes through faith and speaking his will. 

Therefore, the provision of righteousness that God has granted you through Jesus Christ must be fully adhered to! You must fully accept that you are as righteous as Jesus Christ because of his blood, shed on your behalf! This is a free gift! God is passionate about you and has provided everything necessary to fulfill his great purpose in your life. Let the positive thoughts of God’s undeserved favor fill your mind! Oh, let heaven’s truths sink in! Your best is yet to come! God is on the throne, and Jesus is interceding for you! It’s time for you to get excited about your future because God will never fail you. His plans for you are…
