Merry Christmas
Merry Christmas! I pray that you are having a wonderful day! What a privilege to celebrate God’s gift to us all! I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the gift you have given me of sharing God’s thoughts with you every day! Not only am I thankful for this opportunity to serve you, but also thankful to hear from those in the Encouraging Notes Family! Hearing how God is using Encouraging Notes to inspire you is an encouragement for me to press on! You can be assured that your thoughts and support mean a lot! As I pray for you and write these words each day, my heart grows closer to you, and I am increasingly passionate about your success! The part that you play in the kingdom of God is so vitally important, and my longing is to see that role continue to prosper!
God gave Jesus to give us the ultimate prosperity of living in him. Apostle Paul said, “That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” Romans 10:9 The word saved is translated from the Greek word sozo, and it means to be made whole in every way. You see, Jesus is not only our Savior, but he is our deliverer, healer, provider, protector, and everything else we need! Yes, He is our everything! That’s why Scripture says, “Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.” Acts 4:12
Hallelujah! God sent Jesus to give us all that he is!
Isaiah 9:6-7 For to us, a child is born, to us, a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace, there will be no end. He will reign on David’s throne and over his kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from that time on and forever. The zeal of the LORD Almighty will accomplish this.
Because of his great love for us, God sent Jesus, Emmanuel, which means God with us! He is with you right now! May you know how treasured and valuable you are! May you find yourself overwhelmed by the goodness of God towards you!
I pray that you will enjoy the reality of who you really are in Christ, and because of that revelation, this will be your most memorable and best Christmas ever!
Merry Christmas
