His Thoughts Towards You
Do you know how precious you are to God? Do you know he wants you and thinks about you all the time? His desire to bless you and prosper you is beyond anything you can fathom. Often when we hear the word prosperity, we only think of money. Though money is a part of prosperity is the lowest form. God wants to bless you with more than mere money; he wants you to step into his world of total prosperity! Money and possessions cannot bring about true fulfillment; true fulfillment comes from intimately knowing our eternal God of love. Think about this; God’s love for you is so immense that when he came to save you, he spared no expense – right down to the life of his only Son. Wow!
Rom 8:32 He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?
John 3:16-17 “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.
It blows my mind that God cares about me – even more, that he is always thinking about me! Here is how King David describes it. How precious are your thoughts about me, O God. They cannot be numbered! I can’t even count them; they outnumber the grains of sand! And when I wake up, you are still with me! Psalm 139:17-18
Think about it; the One who simply spoke and the universe came into being cares about you and me? Yes! He not only cares about us but is passionately in love with us! As a matter of fact, the depth of his love for us is beyond anything we can fully grasp! It is beautiful beyond description and beyond figuring out! The only proper response to such a love is to humbly receive!
If you have ever thought you wanted God or are passionate for him, you can be assured that he wants you even more! The fact that he not only wants you but intends to lavish his love upon you for all eternity is beyond wonderful! The prophet Jeremiah said, “For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. Jer 29:11
God and his love for you are worthy of your total devotion! Have you ever been touched by a romantic scene in a movie or book where a young man sings a love song to the woman of his dreams? Do you know that God is like that towards you? Do you know that you are God’s dream come true?
Zephaniah 3:17 For the LORD your God is living among you. He is a mighty savior. He will take delight in you with gladness. With his love, he will calm all your fears. He will rejoice over you with joyful songs.”
Oh, yes! God is all about you! If you only knew how valuable you are! If you only knew how loved you are! There may have been people who have had wonderful thoughts in their mind towards you, but I promise you this, there have never been thoughts as beautiful or as wonderful as…
