When You’re Loved, You Can Do It

Have you ever been so deeply hurt that the thought of forgiveness seems impossible? Being able to forgive someone who has deeply hurt you is not possible without first knowing that you are loved and forgiven!

God often gives us tasks that seem impossible, but with his help, nothing is impossible! You can always be sure of one thing; God will never ask you to do something that he is not giving you the power to do! When your trust is in him, you will always have the tools and empowerment necessary to finish your assignment. 

2 Peter 1:3-4 His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness. 4 Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature and escape the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.

Ephesians 5:1-2  Follow God’s example, therefore, as dearly loved children and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God. 

Being filled with the love of God is a superpower! It gives you the ability to conquer fear, bitterness, and all schemes that the enemy would use to derail God’s purpose and blessing for your life. Please keep in mind that living the life of God is not something we can work up; it must be soaked up! There is nothing that can make your life worth living more than the love of God. Your effort to receive it will be the single, most important thing you will do in all of your life. The power of God is wrapped up in his love!

God never asks you to give away something he has not first offered to you. With his love, you can indeed conquer. Because you are His child, you are destined to succeed! It is of utmost importance that you understand that you cannot make love happen! A life filled with the love of God comes from humbly receiving His love for you. The more you receive that you are completely forgiven because of the sacrifice of Jesus, the more you will be consumed by the love of God! The more you are consumed by the love of God, the more you will have the power to love and forgive those who have done you wrong!
