I Double Dog Dare You

I Double Dog Dare You!

With all that’s happening in the world, it seems as if the stage is set for the church to explode! When Covid19 hit, a new door for tremendous ministry for the body of Christ became a reality! Was it, or has it been easy? No! Accomplishing great things will always come through adversity!

I love what the great general in the faith, Reinhard Bonnke, once said, “Make the great commission your great ambition.” And what better time than now! God has put you and me on this earth as his hands, feet, and mouth. We are the ambassadors of heaven, and our message must be clear. Without you and I doing our job, the world will never hear the precious word of God’s love. Look at apostle Paul’s response regarding those who have never heard about Jesus.

What Do You Believe about You

What Do You Believe About You?

Most people don’t realize that how they perceive themselves is how they project themselves to others. Yes, you attract to yourself the very things you believe about yourself.

God had often told the children of Israel that he was bringing them into a land that flowed with milk and honey, and he made it clear that he was giving them the land.

In Numbers chapter 13, we find that God told the children of Israel to spy out the land he had promised to give them. So 12 men, one from every tribe, went to spy out the land. When they came back, 10 of the 12 spies focused on how big the giants were and how impossible it would be to conquer the land. But Caleb and Joshua believed God, silenced the crowd, and said, “We should go up and take possession of the land, for we can certainly do it.” Num 13:30 But the other ten spies were unwilling to let go of their negative perspective of themselves and continued by saying, “We can’t attack those people; they are stronger than we are.” And they spread among the Israelites a bad report about the land they had explored. They said, “The land we explored devours those living in it. All the people we saw there are of great size. We saw the Nephilim there (the descendants of Anak come from the Nephilim). We seemed like grasshoppers in our own eyes, and we looked the same to them.” Num 13:31-33

The negative words of those ten spies won the crowd over and kept them from ever seeing the beautiful land God was giving them. Because of their negative perspective, every single one of them, will

They All Comin

They All Comin!

I know – that might not be perfect English, but it reminds me of the diversity in language that I love!

You know, God has declared you as one who is adored and exceedingly precious in his sight! The racial issues of our world are not of God’s making and are unquestionably against his heart! Sometimes people want to segregate and separate the colors of humanity and make them be by themselves but do not fear; this is not how it is with God, nor shall it ever be!

What Grace Can Do for You

What Grace Can Do For You!

The word of God makes it clear that grace must be at the center of all authentic Christian living! Trying to live in obedience to the law is the opposite of God’s plan through Jesus Christ! Apostle John said, “For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. John 1:17

Apostle Paul said, “For all who rely on the works of the law are under a curse, as it is written: “Cursed is everyone who does not continue to do everything written in the Book of the Law.” Clearly, no one who relies on the law is justified before God, because “the righteous will live by faith.” Gal 3:10-11

Sometimes there’s confusion about what causes a person to live a Christlike life. For so long, the majority of preaching centered on trying harder to do what’s right and making a greater effort to obey God and love him with all. As well-meaning as this instruction may sound, it is counterproductive to producing a life that displays the righteousness of God! Look at this scripture.

Your Exceedingly Bright Future

Your Exceedingly Bright Future

Your thoughts are the building blocks for your future! Many have said, “It is easy to say but hard to do,” or, “Talk is cheap.” Consistently thinking the right thoughts is not easy, but it is so worth it! Those willing to think the right thoughts and follow through with actions will see great things happen in their life!
